Dear English School Parents and Guardians,

We are happy to announce that The English School Parents and Guardians Association is now in place to accept
membership registrations. Any Parent or Guardian of current English School Student(s) is eligible to become a
member. Membership fee is 40 Euro per member. A single 40 Euro subscription is enough to represent all siblings (if
any). The registered member (Parent or Guardian) does NOT represent both Parents/Guardians at AGM or elections.
In order for both Parents or Guardians to attend AGM, voting procedures, and receive ESPGA communication, both
are required to register separately as members.

This year’s membership expires on 31 August 2023.

Although the Association is present to help and support the entire School Community, it can only officially represent
its members. This means it can communicate with only Parent\Guardian members, represent them, as well as give
priority for events that are fully organised by ESPGA.

ESPGA is the continuation of ESPA, active for the last 56 years. It is the liaison body between Parents and the
School. Over the years we have established an excellent relationship with the School’s stakeholders; the Board of
Management, the Staff Members and the Students.

Since the beginning of this academic year, ESPGA has actively worked and in close co-operation with all stakeholders
to promote the Parents’ concerns and interests on all issues; silently but effortlessly it is active in inter-stakeholder
issues, provided tangible assistance for families in need, supported School initiatives such as the Calendar and Cans
for kids as well as maintaining a close interaction with the Student Heads for their yearbook and Gala Dance.
Problem reporting and resolution will continue to form the basis of our approach. We believe that difficulties require
all stakeholders to build and maintain a united front so that joined efforts will result in robust action and better
results.

The success of these efforts depends on your continuous support. To this end we would encourage you to be an
active member of our School’s community for the benefit of our children. You can enroll as ESPGA members by
